Client Service Manager for FIS Insurance

ABOUT THE TEAM:

FIS is looking for a Client Service Manager to join our FIS Insurance team in Jacksonville, FL. This is an opportunity to join a global team who works closely together to support our clients, provide governance and ensure an excellent client experience.

FIS' Prophet is an Insurance Risk Management solution, covering calculations for regulators and risk managers, along with data and process management.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

This position will manage the service side of the client relationship including escalation, effective oversight of client projects and implementations and managing the client loyalty process. In addition, you will:
  • Develop strong working relationships with assigned clients and FIS resources.
  • Manage and communicate expectations internally and externally.
  • Manage the service component of the client relationship.
  • Conduct service value reviews.
  • Educate clients on various FIS processes and procedures assisting with awareness, navigation and self-help tools (note: this role is not responsible for opening up requests or being the direct point of contact for support or project related items.)
  • Conduct regularly scheduled status calls with client to discuss important key service topics and to review projects in clients' queue
  • Act as an escalation point between client and request desk.


WHAT YOU BRING:

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting clients/customers from a service standpoint, strong ability to communicate effectively and act resourcefully to determine best course of action and ability to build and develop relationships.
  • Proficiency in sales or customer facing roles (this is not a sales role, but prior experience in a sales role can translate well into this opportunity)
  • Solid experience with Excel and the ability to provide detail reporting with commentary
  • You are very organized and detail-oriented; able to work with shifting priorities
  • You love analyzing issues and devising efficiencies to better the client experience
