I've been with Worldpay for almost 10 years, through many transitions from FTPS to Vantiv and now Worldpay. From my first day I felt accepted and safe enough to be open with my peers about who I am. As the years have progressed my company has as well (progressed). In late 2017 I decided to found and drive the first LGBT+ Employee group at Worldpay (at that time we were still Vantiv). A few months later we acquired and became Worldpay. At that point we adopted the already established Worldpay LGBT+ Network's name of GLOW. I'm proud that my company has supported me and our group so fully in the short time we've been around. We have over 120 members locally (in the US) and an additional 300+ in the UK (from the original GLOW group). Given their efforts and that of our GLOW members our company has become a much more inclusive, accepting and wonderful place to work.

I have worked at Worldpay for just over 5 years and it's a great diverse place to work. I am happily out at work and have experienced no issues regarding this.
