As a 2021 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.

This two-year full-time program has start dates in January and June with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;
  • Learn how to work within a corporate environment
  • Learn the structure of FIS and options for growth within the organization
  • Hear from FIS leadership about their journey and participate in senior leader networking opportunities
  • Build a network of your peers from across the organization


*This position starts June 28th, 2021.

About The Team

Newly established client on-boarding/implementation team in support of the P1C LATAM debit, credit and prepaid payment processing platform. Our team partners with various lines of business to ensure effective, efficient and, ultimately, successful client onboarding with limited client impact.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Manage project tasks and action items to ensure successful onboarding of a new debit, credit and/or prepaid client
  • Complete and maintain project artifacts in alignment with audit requirements
  • Facilitate multiple calls and meetings with internal/external partners
  • Represent FIS as the "face" to our client
  • Build and/or revise processes as we further develop this platform


What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree from job discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Often clients are dependent on our experience to formulate a decision
  • Confident enough to communicate fully transparent information even when the message is difficult
  • Maintain a calm or level headed cadence and communication method.
