Marketing Coordinator

About the team

The role is responsible for the implementation of Payments Systems at Client sites. He/she will be assessing Client needs and setting up systems to satisfy identifying gaps, steering course to implement whilst awaiting developments, writing or specifying crystal reports or spreadsheets to satisfy requirements.

What you will be doing

The Marketing Coordinator within the Centre of Excellence team is responsible for assisting FIS' solution marketing and marketing shared service teams in elements of executing the company's marketing strategy. This will include anything from facilitating client facing webinars that drive demand and increase reputation, developing registration sites for corporate events, testing marketing sites and applications, and monitoring and reporting on the event registration process.
  • Scheduling, administering, recording and post-event distribution of content for client facing and internal webinar sessions.
  • Development and maintenance of event registration sites.
  • Monitoring or reporting of event registration process.
  • Creation and management of event applications used at FIS managed client events.
  • Testing of event sites, marketing applications and other external and internal websites.

What you bring:
  • 3 to 7 years of marketing or business administration experience
  • 3- 5 years experience with hosting web based events
  • Has worked in an industry with significant volumes of customer / stakeholder interaction
  • Experience with programming languages such as HTML.
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills as well as resourcefulness and flexibility
  • Good time management and planning skills
  • Able to meet multiple project deadlines and demonstrates good attention to detail
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge of marketing principles
  • Able to work individually, as well a part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree desired or equivalent experience in marketing or business administration.
