*This position has an 11am EST to 7pm EST shift*

About the team

You will be working with a daily pricing fund accounting and fund admin team. The team's main responsibility is to calculate a daily net asset value per share (NAV) for 700+ investment funds and process the underlying trades within those funds. The team works with other teams to settle the trades and report the NAV to third parties or clients. The team is made up of 17 employees, is staffed from 5am to 9pm and is based in Atlanta.

What you will be doing
  • You will be working with the staff to assist in calculating the daily NAV's (evening work)
  • You will work with the staff to assist with the processing of trades (morning work)
  • You will assist the staff non-daily processes
  • You will gain a basis knowledge of fund/trust accounting technology
  • You will gain a knowledge of the fund accounting and custody settlement workflow


What you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree from job discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
