We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical Placement Manager for Property & Casualty (P&C) business line  to join our P&C Placement team based in Mexico City.

We will count on you to:

  • Be responsible for using risk expertise to analyze client’s current and historical exposures, develop solutions, solicit quotes, negotiate with panel markets, analyze comparisons, articulate impact of options and make recommendations to the client's team and the client.
  • Assess risk expertise and knowledge of industry and carriers to help develop placement solutions that meet client needs.
  • Create and maintain relationships with practice, insurance markets, client’s carriers and/or underwriters to provide cohesive client service.
  • Support client retention through effective broking.

What you need to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Busines Administration, Actuary, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Property and Casualty experience including strong knowledge of property coverages preferably in Broker or Insurance companies.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels in English and Spanish.
  • MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong relationship skills.
  • Strong influence & negotiation skills.
