We will count on you to:
Advising our internal consultants and clients on Mercer Mobility products and services across EMEA
Providing pricing and discounting guidelines
Preparation of calculations
Preparation of membership contracts and addenda
Handling day-to-day clients’ queries and content related questions
Providing sales support to consultants
Providing one-to-one demos/presentations on Mercer’s mobility platforms and delivering trainings on methodology for clients and consultants
Managing a selected portfolio of mobility clients
Ensuring that all sales support systems and documentation are kept complete and accurate
Liaising with internal teams, e.g. Finance, Order Entry, Order Fulfilment to resolve client invoicing and order fulfillment queries
What you need to have:
2-3 years of working experience in the areas of customer service and/or administration
Strong focus on details and analytical mindset
Excellent communication skills / Responsiveness
Ability to identify critical issues and proactively offer solutions
Fluent written and spoken English
Proficient in MS Office (especially in Excel and PowerPoint)
