Job Introduction:
At Parexel, we are a leading Clinical Research Organization company specializing in delivering life-changing medicines to patients. We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Clinical, Commercial & Consulting Technologies team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate with business subject matter experts and technical teams to elicit, refine, and manage business and functional requirements throughout their lifecycle. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our projects and help us drive innovation.
Who we are looking for:
Motivated individuals with proven experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Who are passionate and knowledgeable of Good Practice (GxP), software quality validation processes and operational business processes. That possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills while demonstrating impeccable communication skills.
What you'll do:
- Gather and analyze business and/ or functional requirements from cross-functional client groups to help design, develop, and/or configure applications.
- Utilizing a consulting mindset and behaviors, identify the true needs of the business, and help sell the needs back to stakeholders to seek agreement.
- (Co-)Chair workshops, business interviews and requirements gathering sessions for multidisciplinary teams of SMEs, to identify needs and pursue collaborative agreement with stakeholders.
- Partner with business teams to provide input to the User Acceptance Test (UAT) criteria and help business in defining User Acceptance test scenarios.
- Participate in the UAT dry run and UAT execution to help cross verify the requirements.
Additional details:
Experience working with or within the Pharma Industry (Pharmaceutical Company, Biotech, or CRO) preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience with JIRA. Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
