Technician Parts Associate

What you’ll do:

This individual will be responsible for the following:

  • Test, package, and ship spare parts
  • Unpack, test, and re-stock returned spare parts.
  • Organize and maintain a local stock of parts and components.
  • Partner with vendors to facilitate the delivery and return of parts.
  • Responsible for organizing and stocking local storage units for Parcel Pending.
  • Perform quality inspections on returned parts and components.
  • Program and configure screens, routers and other parts as needed.
  • Upkeep of office area including supplies, and all incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Support Operations to ensure locker issues are being resolved in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and support 3rd party technicians to service Parcel Pending Lockers as needed.
  • Support Quadient technicians on site.
  • Document Support activity in CRM system.
  • Provide a Great Customer Experience for internal and external customers.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the success of Parcel Pending.
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs.

**Job Duties require full time in local office attendance – This is not a remote job.**

​Nice to have:

  • Strongly prefer 3 years Customer Service background
  • Strongly prefer 2 years Supply Chain background
  • Salesforce CRM experience a PLUS
  • Ability to problem solve and operate independently
  • Highly Tech Savvy
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt as priorities change
  • Knowledge of construction design/floor plan design
  • Must work great in a team environment
  • Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of personalities in person, on phone and via email
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and understand/carry out instructions provided in written or verbal format
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and some College Preferred

This position has an hourly pay range of:

$16.83-$25.24

Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, which may include (but are not limited to) geographic location and candidate experience and expertise. As such, they may vary from the ranges listed.
