Partner Relationship Support Consultant

The main purpose of the Practice Support Specialist Team (PSS) is to provide assistance and guidance to the support teams working within our Partnership through our national PSS programme. As part of this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, development and delivery of the programme which includes both a virtual and face to face offering.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting in the delivery of all business objectives, including the coordinating, planning and executing of Area and National PSS Events with a large degree of autonomy.
  • Preparing and delivering presentations and training sessions at PSS Events ensuring they remain engaged throughout and hosting webinars as required.
  • Having input to policy and operational improvement, suggesting and implementing improvements and solutions to improve the National PSS Programme.
  • Supporting the creation of relevant MI to demonstrate effectiveness of the PSS function, collating data from various sources.
  • Creating and distributing National PSS communications, liaising with other departments to ensure we are all working in alignment.
  • Taking ownership of PSS queries and responding in a timely manner.

Who we’re looking for:

A confident individual with strong presentation skills and the following:

  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships and ability to communicate at all levels, adapting their style to suit the audience.
  • Experience of delivering workstreams/projects, working to timescales and adapting to change as required.
  • Strong MS Office skills, including the skills to create materials and ideally proficient in Zoom and Populo.
  • Skills in analysing MI, creating meaningful outputs and adapting to suit the target audience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • A strong team player, passionate about the team and gaining positive outcomes and ability to keep calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of the role of a PSS is advantageous but not essential.
