An exciting opportunity has recently became available for a Programme Coordinator in the Learning and Development team on a 12-month parental leave cover FTC. They are seeking a dedicated individual to join the L&D team and take on the exciting role of coordinating the delivery of L&D programs to our valued employees, Field Management Team (FMT), and Partners & Advisers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage operational tasks for successful deployment of new and BAU World Class L&D programs via our innovative learning App.
  • Allocate trainer resources efficiently and ensure accurate documentation to support learning App builds and reporting.
  • Supervise event management for all learning events, ensuring a world-class experience for all participants within defined budgets.
  • Create, refine, and maintain processes to achieve operational efficiency in all team tasks.
  • Develop customer relationships internally and externally to understand ongoing requirements and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure all enquiries received via the Learning mailbox are allocated and actioned effectively within an agreed timescale
  • Provide support to Divisional Director including diary management and individual and Divisional meeting and event management.
  • Support communications Team with design and creation of digital documents as well as delivery of podcasts as and when required.

Who we're looking for:

  • Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with learning management systems.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of divisional and corporate business objectives and the critical need for consistency and support.
  • Ability to work efficiently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of L&D and the ability to integrate the role with business objectives and learner journeys.
