The Segment
Corporate risk and broking

The Role
- Maintain frequent contact to existing accounts during policy validity
- Effectively handling client inquiries such as updating information, issuing endorsement, designing/obtaining of quotations, explaining insurance terms/conditions, making quotations comparison and giving recommendation to clients
- Ensure quality of customer service via making presentation, issuing contract, maintaining & strengthening the relationship with clients
- Coordinate with Client Satisfaction Center to follow-up and update claim settlement to clients
- Support Accounting Department in premium collection
- Other tasks assigned by the Company
The Requirements
- University degree
- Computer Literate, WinWord, Excel, Power Point
- At least 04 years experience in insurance (with broker or insurer)
- In-depth understanding of insurance concepts and consulting processing
- High integrity, innovative thinking and critical sense of ownership
- Client-oriented, proactive, long-term commitment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong customer management and selling skills
- Be able to work under high pressure
- Fluency in written and spoken English & Vietnamese
