Customer Service Assistant - Call Center

The Role 

As a Customer Service Assistant in our Call Center of our Assistance Department you will
•    Register customer requests
•    Organize Assistance (mainly automotive, but also medical) for Polish and foreign Clients
•    Provide information on insurance conditions

The role will offer you a market adequate salary, Full training by our experienced Employees in the field of customer service and insurance, promotion opportunity within the company, shift work (mainly between 07:00 and 22:00 Monday-Friday), a wide benefits package (cafeteria, co-financing MultiSport card and medical care, online language courses, psychological support) as well as a unique working atmosphere, including integration trips and occasional company meetings

•    You are comfortable with customer service
•    You like to help and make decisions
•    You like to interact easily and communicate complex issues clearly
•    You like working in a team
•    You can handle stressful situations
•    You want to learn about the automotive and insurance industry
•    You speak fluently Polish and you have good command of English
