Health & Benefits Non NA Growth Associate

As the Health & Benefits Non-NA Growth Associate, you will be part of the team that is responsible for the continuation of developing and driving execution on the growth strategy for H&B non-NA. You will support in coordinating/ cross-pollinating successful growth strategies across H&B globally, as well as developing and sustaining a global market leading configurable benefits delivery platform that supports employee choice, ease of use and appreciation.

The Role

  • In this role you will support the development and drive the execution on the growth strategy for H&B non-NA. You will, among others:
  • Support on developing and driving strategic opportunities for achieving competitive advantage, including recognizing opportunities to cross-pollinate successful growth strategies across countries
  • Responsible for updates to key stakeholders on the execution of strategic plans. Involves collecting relevant input, creation and delivery of materials regarding strategic progress and measuring the achievement of key milestones.
  • Analyze the Benefits Access customer and the employee user, their frustrations, problems and their needs. You will provide recommendations on how these can best be addressed through the product’s roadmap and identify potential gaps
  • Drive the ongoing collection of H&B sellers’ client experiences and feedback. Leverage this information to develop a structured analysis on the competitor landscape and emerging market forces that will shape the future of the H&B (non-NA) business
  • Responsible for the collection and maintenance of detailed responses on the technical and strategic capabilities of our benefits delivery platforms for use in our go to market sales approach. Champion the distribution of this intellectual capital throughout H&B non-NA
  • Support in the development of sales & marketing collateral for Benefits Access to strengthen our market presence, including involvement in coordinating an online digital campaign
  • Support on the collection and reporting of sales and pipeline on consistent basis globally and locally to increase accountability


  • A completed University Degree, with 3+ years of relevant working experience
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a (digital) team environment
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work and deliver to demanding deadlines
  • Strong agile planning and organizing skills
  • Affinity with digital technology and interested in identifying new uses of digital technology to improve business outcomes
  • Strong business acumen, commercially focused and curious about latest developments in benefits design and delivery
  • Comfortable with change and uncertainty and able to work through ambiguity
