  Michelle Raymond is the Business Development Director at myGwork, a global networking hub and job board for LGBTQ+ professionals and graduates. In addition to being a public speaker and D&I consultant, Michelle is also an accomplished musician who performs under the artist name ‘Michi.’ She has graced the stage with some of the biggest names in music today including Miley Cyrus, Meghan Trainor, DJ Marshmello, Rita Ora, and Carly Rae Jepsen.

  Unraveling the genetic code of competition at Novartis, one molecule at a time, your undercover DNA detective. In their day job Raju focusses on distilling scientific insights in rare diseases, tracking gene therapies, while working with diverse stakeholders to break down their complex requirements into easy-to-digest reports. Outside of their day job, they are an outspoken advocate for queer-trans safe-spaces, leading their PRIDE-ERG (AGLOW-LGBTI+ ERG) at Novartis India. An EQUAL 2022 Fellow, they have been running poetry workshops to create awareness on legal entitlements for queer people across India, and, as a leading trans changemaker in India, a Queer20 Cohort nominee, they worked with queer-trans youth who had to face displacement anxiety, their work has been published in several queer anthologies, journals and books.

  Río came to Oracle via the Cerner acquisition as a senior clinical consultant within the Multum group serving as a researcher. They have been a long-time advocate for the 2SLGBTQ+ and food justice communities with over 20 years. She serves as a peer mentor, group facilitator, and public speaker for several nonprofits in the US and abroad. Río manages a local community garden where she can engage the local community with education and advocacy efforts. She also serves as the Global Gender Expansive Chair for the Oracle Pride Employee Network as well as co-lead for the local Denver chapter.

In her day job Chloe specialises in data visualisation, this involves working with stakeholders to break down their (sometimes) complex requirements into a simple, easy to read reports. Outside of her day job, she is also an outspoken advocate for LGBT+ people, especially raising awareness around Transgender rights in the UK, as part of this, she is Co-Lead of Lloyds Transgender Working group, part of their Rainbow Network.

  Taj Smith (he/him) is the Training & Outreach Coordinator for the Trans Advocacy & Care Team (TACT). As a Black transgender advocate, educator, and theologian, he believes in a world where trans people thrive and is committed to bringing that world to fruition. His work draws on lived experience, recent statistics, and popular culture to create engaging and vulnerable learning environments where participants feel safe to explore and challenged to grow. He has spoken to audiences across the US about transgender inclusion, sci-fi and theology, and leadership. His written work appears on Sojo.net, Huffington Post, and QChristian Fellowship. He holds a BA in Politics from UC Santa Cruz and an MDiv from Harvard Divinity School.
