Webinar solidario It Gets Better: Cómo crear un espacio inclusivo en el trabajo (idioma: español)

It Gets Better es una gran comunidad de personas que quiere transmitir un mensaje de optimismo "TODO MEJORA". Cada video que producen es un cachito de experiencia personal, para mostrar que existe un futuro maravilloso más allá del bullying. Te lo aseguro: IT GETS BETTER!

Este panel tiene un fin solidario, y las aportaciones de cualquiera de los asistentes (voluntarias) irán destinadas a la edición de un video y al trabajo de esta ONG en evitar el bullying en los colegios e institutos. 


El objetivo es dar a conocer cómo hacer un entorno inclusivo tanto en el espacio público, como en el ámbito privado, y de esta forma que las preocupaciones en el trabajo tengan que ver con el propio trabajo, y no con quién soy y cómo me verán. 

Los ponentes, procedentes del ámbito público, ExteriorES Diverso; gran empresa, GSK; startup, Trivu y de una de las principales business school, IE, nos muestran cuatro realidades muy diferentes, pero con un punto en común, el valor de la autenticidad y poder ser uno mismo en el trabajo.  

Las organizaciones que apuestan por diversidad e inclusión tienen algo en común, se parecen más a la realidad de la sociedad. En una empresa esto significa acercarte y parecerte a tu cliente y en una administración a las personas a las que representas. Además, poder ser uno mismo genera de forma innata una mayor vinculación con tu entorno y espacio de trabajo. Este mayor compromiso con una organización genera mayor eficiencia y mejores resultados.

Over the last 30 years I have been involved with Accounting and Budget as Chief Accountant (1992 to 2003), with economic, finance and assets Management as Director of Administration (2003 to 2012), with strategy, analysis and management control as well as with project management as Deputy Director of Strategic Planning from 2012, and finally with International Relations and cultural Diplomacy as deputy director of International Relations from 2018. As deputy director of International Relations my fields of action are: Planning the activities of our organization abroad, specially building bridges and relations with strategic partners. Act as Focal Point of Instituto Cervantes at EUNIC. Direct responsibility on a number of corporate projects (design and administration of the exams for Spanish nationality, design of a platform of hispanoamerican cultural diplomacy and cultural cooperation) Member of LGTBI platform ExteriorEsDiverso since its creation in 2019, created by LGTBI personnel of the Spanish Foreign Service, as well as their partners and families.
