  Michelle Raymond is the Business Development Director at myGwork, a global networking hub and job board for LGBTQ+ professionals and graduates. In addition to being a public speaker and D&I consultant, Michelle is also an accomplished musician who performs under the artist name ‘Michi.’ She has graced the stage with some of the biggest names in music today including Miley Cyrus, Meghan Trainor, DJ Marshmello, Rita Ora, and Carly Rae Jepsen.

  I am a woman living in Edwardsville, IL near St. Louis with my husband, 2 children, 4 dogs and breed Ball Pythons. I am pansexual. I enjoy yoga/Pilates, learning, Dungeons and Dragons and The Big Bang Theory. I am a foodie. I like to be behind the bar while hanging out with my family or friends trying out my latest recipe. I have a degree in Biology and have spent 10 years in the biopharma industry in various roles from QC, Project management to Sales. Recently I transitioned into Management at Pall within their Food and Beverage sector and am enjoying it! I am a certified Life Coach (est. 2016) specializing in depression and stress relief. I enjoy helping others see the lighter side, I believe healthy thoughts lead to a healthy life. I love getting to know everyone for their unique perspective.
