Tashan is an ICF Member and Certified coach with a diploma in Life and Performance Coaching from The Coaching Academy. With a decade of experience in the Data, Statistics and analytics world of advertising and media industry, most recently a leadership role as an Analytics Director, Tashan brings a data-driven approach to their work. Tashan is also passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and is actively involved in advocacy groups such as Outvertising & NoTurningBack2020. Tashan also serves as a trustee for 'You Make it', a charity that helps young unemployed and underemployed women from Black and Asian backgrounds. Tashan draws from their unique perspective as a Black and Queer individual and is dedicated to empowering diverse communities through their work.

    Olly Pike is the creator of Pop'n'Olly Ltd. He writes the stories, draws the pictures, animates the videos and even stars in them! Using skills learnt from his theatrical, and children’s television, background Olly creates inclusive content that is fun and informative. Countless schools, charities, organisations and companies regularly use Olly's content as part of their LGBT+ inclusive practice. Having been short-listed for a ‘National Diversity’, 'Gay Times Honours’ and 'British LGBT' award, Olly has also spoken in Parliament and London City Hall and has showcased his work at events such as 'The Children's Media Conference', 'Stonewall‘s Education For All Conference' and 'The NEU LGBT+ Educators Conference’. In 2020 Olly made the UK‘s Pride Power List and in 2021 Olly was awarded an Attitude Pride Award. In 2024 Olly won a Highly Commended Award at the Rainbow Honours. Olly has also created content for CBeebies, Tate Kids, Hopster TV and collaborated with numerous UK charities. To date, Olly has distributed over 30,000 copies of his LGBT+ and equality inclusive books to children, parents and teachers around the world and the Pop’n’Olly YouTube channel continues to receive millions of views.

    Wesley is the son of a gay father and a father to LGBTQ+ kids. He has been going to gay pride parades since elementary school. Wes continues to strive toward LGBTQ+ inclusion. Co-founder of Finastra's Americas Head Office LGBTQ+ Pride Chapter, and a member of their Global Inclusion Council's Ecosystem team, he continues to dedicate effort and energy toward making sure people of our community are included, empowered, and satisfied at work.

    I am proud to be a Senior Lecturer in Education at Kingston/Female Builder, and a LGBTQIA+ BAME role model. I work across several programmes in the School of Education lecturing in maths, phonics, LGBTQIA+ inclusion to Early Years, BA and PGCE students. I also facilitate seminars on educational - Perspectives in Policy, Practice and Professionalism for Teachers. I lam also a Guest Lecturer for Wandle Teaching School Hub using using a UCL platform for Early Career Teachers. My main role is as the Mentor Lead for ITT, to deliver high quality training across a range of settings. I have extensive experience in mentoring, coaching and developing meaningful collaborations. I work hard at building and creating networks and welcome collaborating to further strengthen mentor CPD or Kingston University to benefit students. I am a working party member of The Collaborative Library. I have 20 years of primary school teaching experience both globally, online and locally across South London. I have worked in a variety of settings ranging from an infant school, an 8-school federation, trusts and academies. I have worked in a Teaching School and I have over 10 years experience of working as a Senior Leader. I have worked alongside Global Cities.Inc, a programme of Bloomberg Philanthropies, as the first primary UK educator. I have trialled and evaluated this online e-learning platform, known as Global Scholars. I linked my MA research to evaluating the effectiveness of teaching online. I am passionate about diversity, equity, equality and inclusion. I am a Beyond Barriers Mentor and recently nominated as a finalist for 'mentor of the year' at this event. Other areas of interest and expertise include: leadership and management, mental health awareness, promoting LGBTQ+ and BAME awareness. I am an active participant of the staff LGBT and EGEN network. I am a Mental Health First Aider and I want to offer support to anyone in teaching, coaching or mentorship.
