Janelle Monaé Has Been Announced as the Headliner for New York City Pride

Janelle Monaé has been announced as the headliner for New York City Pride 2020 on the 27th June.


In a statement, she says: "Pride means so much to so many of us, and to have the opportunity to share my live performance during Pride has always been a dream,”


She will be joining the likes of Betty Who, an Australian Pop Star, Luisa Sonza as well as well known DJ's such as DJ Coco and Breezy.


She continues to say "Celebrating Pride in NYC is a rite of passage for a queer person. I am grateful for the community it creates, and I can’t wait to party with everyone.”
