  1. Talk to your HR team about creating a trans and nonbinary inclusion policy.
  2. Create and implement inclusive uniform and grooming guidelines.
  3. Make inclusive toilets a reality.
  4. Create a safe place to welcome and discuss ideas, like an LGBTQIA+ network.
  5. Provide education on email etiquette and how to write emails that are gender-inclusive.
  6. Normalise offering your name and pronouns when introducing yourself to a group.
