I have been part of AZ a bit over two years now, and although I have worked in liberal and inclusive organizations before, this is probably the first time that I feel really involved in my work as an ally. The company and my LGBTQIA+ (and other colleagues) have taught me several valuable lessons in allyship. The available employee resource groups are very well-organized and there is a steady stream of activities, events, etc., that one can engage in and derive benefit out of. It's an absolutely fabulous place for anyone to just be their authentic selves and follow a great career path.
