I'm so proud to work for a company that put people at the heart of everything we do, not just employees but customers too. I've worked for E.ON for over 5 years, they've supported me through development to allow me to grow into a leader of leaders. E.ON are fantastic in my view to work for and I'd recommend them to anyone, managers support you, they develop people and most of all ensure the mental health everyone is first priority. E.ON has loads of support and networks for all people and in my opinion does a great job in representing all diversity and inclusive backgrounds with these networking internal groups and promoting/educating colleagues in the process and creating a safe environment for everyone to express themselves.

E.ON UK is genuinely one of the most of the inclusive companies that I have worked for, and I have been here 7 years. The leadership lead from the front in all different ways, but I have to call out climate and diversity in particular, which are topics I am personally passionate about. They are committed to your personal development and enabling you to be the best that you can be. It is a friendly organisation where I now I can be my true self and really make a difference. I would recommend working here to anyone that asks.

I have worked for E.ON for over 22 years and it really cares about its employees and customers. During my time I have worked in various E.ON businesses (Office, engineering, metering etc) and have always been encouraged to be my true self, learn new skills and development is a key priority.
