Fitch Pride Network

'The Fitch Pride Network is a global Employee Resource Group focused on helping Fitch become an Employer of Choice for diverse individuals. We aim to broaden awareness of issues the LGBTQAI+ community faces in support of an equitable and inclusive work environment.'

The Fitch Pride Network was the first Employee Resource Group established at Fitch. Since its inception, we have managed to expand our footprint globally, and create visibility of our efforts both internally and externally. The Fitch Pride Network sits at the intersection of many defining traits: Gender, Race, Ethnicity, Sexual Orientation, and even Religious Affiliations. Because of this, we are not only in support of LGBTQAI+ equality, but in true inclusion and equality for all.

We strive to achieve our goals by:

  • Promoting an inclusive community around employees “bringing their whole self to work.”
  • Retain and develop talent by providing internal career guidance and mentoring, and actively participating in recruitment events.
  • Expand our network through connecting with opportunities and memberships in the broader finance community.
  • Giving back to the community through volunteerism and participating in LGBTQ+ initiatives and events.

Together We Equal More

Our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) is the flip side of the cultural coin, so to speak. If our Group Values outline what we expect from our people, our EVP is what they can expect from working for Fitch. Together, they embody the company we want to be. Every employer has an EVP, whether they realize it or not. Shaping and leveraging it with intent is a positive choice. When competing for talent, a strong, authentic and clearly articulated EVP is a key asset. It is the foundation of an engaging and differentiated employer brand. We don’t just need talented people. We need talented people who “get” Fitch, and who feel that Fitch will “get” them. The best way to find them, and keep them, is to communicate why we’re the right place to work and grow their careers.

EVP positioning statement:
At Fitch Group, the combined power of our global perspectives is what differentiates us. It is the strength of our business. It comes from people around the world in a shared pursuit: to equal something greater than they could ever accomplish alone. Here, you’ll provide clarity, and have a clear understanding of what’s expected of you. This clarity of focus enables individuality to thrive and agile minds flourish. Our collaborative approach and supportive culture empower you to surpass your own expectations. Together We Equal More.
