LBG has a great culture of opportunity and growth. Personally I feel that LBG has an opportunity for everyone if you are willing to find it.

Leadership support colleagues to develop and the Group is so big that there are a lot of different roles and business areas to explore, this can sometimes be overwhelming for people but my advice would be to use that to your advantage.
