St. James’s Place is a people-focused organisation so it’s not just about the role you perform, but who you are as a person, and what you bring to the team. Those things that might exclude you elsewhere aren’t a challenge and I feel able to express myself fully.

We have an active LGBTQ+ network with an award-winning executive sponsor who is 100% supportive. We regularly hold LGBTQ+ awareness events, including our own Pride month and have been sponsors of Pride events in Swindon, Cheltenham and Cirencester.

SJP prides itself in being a people-first business. SJP supports everyone, regardless of who you are, or what your background is; that supportive community really helps individuals shine and be the best version of themselves.
