State Street is a great place to work, building an inclusive culture and exciting work environment for all employees. Pride and Ally Networks are very active in most countries. What is most important, LGBT+ employees are also supported in the benefits space. Details are different in each country. In some this may be adoption support in others simply making sure life partners can be covered in medical care etc.

I am incredibly proud working for State Street, a huge part being it's approach to inclusion & diversity. The tone "from the top" is very clear; we are a firm that welcomes diversity.
