Zoom's leader and top management are all extremely supportive of diversity & inclusion efforts, and the LGBT+ employee group has more than 250 members (growing rapidly), with many talks and speakers, to educate and support each other. I also love the fact that Zoom is happy to give free licenses to many LGBT+ charities to help make the world a better place, supporting remote LGBT+ people all around the world. After working for more than 10 companies over 25 years, Zoom is by far the nicest company I've ever worked for, with the most supportive open-minded environment and friendly people. Zoom creates a safe space for us every day. I feel comfortable to be myself and to talk about my personal life as a lesbian.
My coworkers are super friendly and our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team is always fostering events to raise awareness about Diversity.
