Supply Customer Success Intern

This role is for a 6 month internship starting from February 2022

Within the Retail Media organization, which is steadily growing at a 2-digit rate for the past years, you will support the Supply Retail Success teams in driving the relationship with our top retailers in France, building optimization strategy and leveraging cross-team collaboration.

You will be the interface between the Brand team, which manages the campaigns on the advertiser and media agency side, and the retailers on which the advertising operations will be deployed.

Amongst many other things, you will have the opportunity to :

  • Work in the Retail Media and E-Commerce world, where both Retail and Media are 2 key components, and how the shopper is at the center of it
  • More generally, work within the digital advertising ecosystem, from both a business and technical perspective
  • Support major French retailers (food and non-food) which rely on selling advertising to increase their profit margins, which in turn they can use to provide better services to their customers
  • Nurture and drive a relationship with our partners
  • Work fast but smart, in a very dynamic environment, with great co-workers

What You will do :

  • Exchange with all internal teams and partners by analyzing their needs and provide solutions,
  • Daily management of the operational collaboration with our clients and Criteo teams to supervise the online and offline campaigns to come,
  • Both internal and external documentation and formation,
  • Participate on the retailer score card project internally (review of all main retailers KPIs such as fill rate, inventory etc…)

Who You are :

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Good computer skills (Excel / Power point)
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to solve problems
  • Strong organization, time management, project management skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Independent and proactive
  • Able to work effectively across functions/teams, good team player
  • You are fluent in French and English.
