At Critéo, it really feels liberating to be able to bring my true self to work. Being Queer means you will constantly have to come out to peers, as we all know and live. And it can sometimes be very challenging to come out to new people, in the workplace especially (at least in my experience). Critéo is not only a company in which I feel very safe to come out to, it is also an organisation that I know will support and celebrate for exactly who I am! And having a CEO who is LGTBQIA+ is so empowering!!
