What You Will Do
You will create and implement a Divisional Strategy and continually develop and review the business operating model to increase profitability and customer excellence. You will also serve as the leadership for the Branch Network, setting strategy, objectives and success criteria to be delivered across 110+ advisers through the Branch Business Leaders and Branch Assistants creating a high-performance culture.
The role is critical to the commercial success and the execution of our Go-To-Market strategy by enabling commercial, inventory and operational practices across RS Local Network which drives sustainable and profitable sales growth across the Northern Hub.
