May 17th commemorates the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Lesbophobia, and Transphobia (IDAHOBLIT). In recognition of this important day, we aim to shed light on the experiences of LGBTQ+ individuals facing queerphobia amid the backdrop of escalating hate crimes and anti-LGBTQ+ legislation.

In this role, he is responsible for (but not limited to): - Advising client companies on risk management strategies, use data to help them to optimize their risk profiles, and recommend plans to monitor and mitigate their risk exposure; and - Conduct Property Risk Control surveys and drafting reports for the client and use Information Technology to carry out traceable, auditable recommendations tracking for the client. Ntsako is the Head of Marsh Advisory Advocate of Change (Volunteer Team) and a member of the Marsh LGBTQIA+
