Hi, I’m Pavandeep, I use the pronouns she/her/hers. I am a working mum and ally! I am passionate about Talent Acquisition, focusing on attracting diverse “emerging talent” and encouraging the very best minds into the workplace here at Parexel. It's key to our company’s development to invest in our future talent - something I am truly enthusiastic about!


At Parexel, I look after emerging/new talent development programs across EMEA, as well as helping launch and manage internal development programs.
