Allyship is an important part of ensuring that all marginalized communities are supported to thrive and succeed, be it socially or in the workplace. But what does true, authentic allyship look like, how do we extend that support globally, and how can you ensure that your allyship journey is intersectional? Join our panel of professionals in discussing how to uplift marginalized communities and identities within, and beyond, our own community.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to read this. Originally from the coast of Essex I moved to London over 12 years ago with my now husband. After achieving my CIPD level 5 in Human Resources Management I began my career as a HR generalist and am now a People Business Partner at a great scale up IT consultancy here in London. Being the type of person I am, I love all things people and really enjoy making connections with others, understanding different points of view and seeing people grow and develop. Away from the world of work, I play rugby got an LGBTQ+ inclusive rugby team in South London, it's a game I have loved playing since I was a teen and now feels amazing that I get to experience it with people of our community.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I'm a transgender woman that works for Sanofi as a data analyst. I've been working here for almost 5 years, and transitioned after working here for 3 years. I'm celebrating living as my authentic self for almost 2 years now, and it's been a pleasure to have had this opportunity! If I had to sum up my background in a sentence, my way of working is to "do the best you can with what you have, even if you don't have everything you need." Sometimes, not all of the variables we need are known, but that doesn't mean we can't put our best foot forward. I enjoy solving complex, data-oriented problems, and getting those around me excited and energized to engage with them. I believe in centering those problems around key customer needs - not simply developing technology for technology's sake. Outside of technology, I enjoy presenting, public speaking, and teaching. I'm always happy to lend a helping hand if there's an opportunity to do so. Please reach out and introduce yourself, I would love to meet you!
