Organized by myGwork, the largest global LGBTQ+ talent platform, #WorkFair 2023 will return on 18 October featuring hundreds of jobs worldwide for students and recent graduates with inclusive employers, alongside empowering careers guidance workshops and webinars. Those who sign up will also get the opportunity to win a luxury countryside getaway for two at Dorchester Collection's charming countryside retreat at Coworth Park in Ascot, Berkshire, including an overnight stay, dinner and breakfast.
Powered by Highered, WorkFair is the largest virtual careers fair which attracts thousands of LGBTQ+ students and graduates from all corners of the world, to help them land their dream roles with inclusive employers of choice.
Recent research carried out by myGwork revealed that being out at work is important for the majority of Generation Z (72%) in the UK and US. In fact, 9 out of 10 students/graduates said they are more inclined to be out at work from day one if they knew their employer was truly committed to inclusion. Additionally, over two-thirds (66%) of LGBTQ+ Gen Z would leave their job if they couldn’t be out at work. The growing list of companies participating in this year’s WorkFair reveals that more companies are sitting up and taking note of this need for belonging and inclusivity.
As in previous years, myGwork’s upcoming careers fair will showcase employers from all industry sectors, such as Warner Bros. Discovery, Amazon, GSK, Novartis, S&P Global, Enterprise, Pfizer, Dorchester Collection, Santander UK, and many more that are committed to creating inclusive workplaces and promoting diversity at all levels.

WorkFair not only empowers jobseekers by helping them to identify organizations that are going above and beyond to create inclusive workplaces where they can truly work with pride, but also access to webinars and workshops offering valuable guidance and coaching to help hone their job search and interviewing skills to land their dream role.

Users are only eligible for the voucher prize if they register for myGwork's WorkFair. myGwork, Dorchester Collection and Highered employees are not eligible to enter this competition. Each user may only register to WorkFair once. Any fraudulent entries or attempts to circumvent the rules will lead to disqualification of that user’s entries.
2. Claiming Your Prize
The winner of the prize draw will receive one voucher, offered by the Dorchester Collection. The voucher is for one overnight stay at Coworth Park, Ascot in a stables superior room for two including breakfast and dinner in the Barn. The prize voucher can only be used from Sunday to Thursday. The voucher will be valid for one year, and cannot be used on major holidays and peak travel seasons. If you have won, myGwork/Dorchester Collection will contact you to notify you of your prize. You will be considered to have won if you claim your prize within one week of receiving notice that you have been selected. myGwork or Dorchester Collection are not liable for failure to receive notification of winning under any circumstances. In the event that a prize isn’t claimed or a winner is disqualified, myGwork will draw at random another winner from the eligible entries.
3. Agreement to Rules
By entering this competition, you agree to abide by these rules and the decisions made by myGwork, who retain sole rights to withdraw, refuse, or disqualify entries at discretion. All decisions are final and binding.
myGwork and Dorchester Collection reserves the right to republish and share the name of winners selected from the competition.
5. Terms and Conditions
myGwork/Dorchester Collection reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate these rules in the event of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond either myGwork’s control. myGwork/Dorchester Collection reserves the right to disqualify anyone in violation of the terms.
Any disputes arising under these rules shall be resolved between the parties in accordance with the terms laid out in these rules.

By entering this competition, or attempting to enter, the entrant is considered to have reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all rules stated herein and is bound by them.
