Before I applied for my role I had never heard of Danaher. But when I did my research about the company I quickly realized that it ticks all the boxes. I am so grateful for working for an employer that puts so much effort in D&I. We are still at the beginning of our D&I journey, but we have already so many great initiatives in place and there are still so many to come.
