Join myGwork and top inclusive employers at National Student Pride 2024

The myGwork team will once again join the UK’s top inclusive employers at this year’s National Student Pride on Saturday February 24.

The event, which will take place at the University of Westminster's Marylebone campus, will host LGBTQ+ students from across the country, looking for job opportunities with inclusive employers.

Every year, thousands of students seeking jobs and opportunities attend the event to connect with inclusive employers, learn, and celebrate LGBTQ+ identity and belonging. The event offers a diverse range of activities, including panels, celebrity interviews, live performances, the UK's largest LGBTQ+ careers fair and marketplace, therapy puppies, and more.

As in previous years, the myGwork’s team will be at the event representing hundreds of our corporate partners that are some of the world’s leading brands and businesses, championing LGBTQ+ inclusion.

myGwork’s latest survey, of over 2,000 students and recent graduates around the world, carried out in association with Highered, showed that more than a third of students and graduates identify as LGBTQ+. This research also found that today’s young LGBTQ+ job seekers desire to work in open and accepting working environments, with three-quarters of respondents expressing reluctance to join organizations where they can’t be their authentic selves.  Click here to download the full report.
